I took an iPhone5 contract, and the package came with 200 anytime minutes, 200 SMS's and 200 300Megs data. I requested to please ensure that I could only access the package, no more, no less, as I did not want any surprise bills arriving. I was duly advised that a R1.00 limit had been placed on my account. Now I cannot make ANY CALLS or SMS's as I apparently have reached my credit limit, yet I've NOT MADE A SINGLE CALL or SMS. I'm told that the limit is a problem?? Yet Cell C were the ones who placed the limit? I was told that the credit limit had to be lifted to R50.00. I logged a call 11.04.2013, reference number 3041103257, and was told the turn around time is 48 hours. That has come and gone and I've received NO FEEDBACK. Upon calling to enquire today, I'm told, sorry, there is no feedback yet, and they will TRY to get someone to call me to sort it out.
All I want is to be able to access the package for which I am paying, and Cell C is duly debiting my bank account for, yet they take my money, but I can't access my default package.

I need urgent assistance, as this phone was bought for business purposes, but I can't use it AT ALL. I'm very frustrated and need a resolution urgently
