MTN Internet Service Non Existent

For the past 4 - 6 weeks we have had constant internet problems. Our MTN Sharelink is more down than up and running. Phoning the call center is worse than pulling hens teeth. MTN is quick to debit our account for thousands but then CANNOT give the service we are paying for. 6 Weeks ago we were told that a tower was down in the area, but now 6 weeks later all we are told is that we must reset our sharelink, which I do anyway without having to phone them so that they can tell me that. After resetting it works for 30 minutes then it is down again and that is the service we are getting and must just accept it and pay, because you can never take your query to higher management, because higher management does not give a dam about their clients. who knows if I will get to even post this on hellopeter, I have been trying to for days now
