Simple Problem Can't be solved

We have been phoning [URL Removed] for the past two weeks and had no joy so far. First it was the internet that was off, then the internet was repaired after two weeks. Now the e-mails aren't working, when you phone customer care they say they are running a trouble shoot it will take some time so they will call you back, needless to say that never happens. You phone again speak with someone else go through the whole proses again they end up accessing your computer to 'change' settings but the problem is still not resolved. You phone again some one like Daniel or Robert give you their direct e-mail so they can 'help' you but they never respond or phone back. it's almost a month now and we are still experiencing problems with the e-mail seems like their people are either not informed enough or they just don't want to help.
