I've had the sharelink router for about a year now. From the beginning I had problems with it. It's connection is slower than 1995 dial up and some days it does-int even want to connect. So I got tried of this and took it in at MTN retail. They told me they have to send it in and it will take 7 days, 7 days without internet that I still have to pay for, 5 day later I got a new modem. When I plug the modem in I notice it did not come with a password, I phone MTN retail, the manger tells me it does int need a password, so another day without internet, I receive the password, then I want to connect my phone, no success. Ones again I take the router back. They try to connect the router to their devise and could not. I ask them to cancel this account because clearly MTN sold me a product that does not work. So the manager at MTN retail give me a ref number and tells me I have to go to MTN Menlyn for cancellation. I stand in the queue for a hour at MTN Menlyn. Tells me they cant cancel my account at this branch.then I gave my modem in, they told me they will send someone to check for signal at my house. again. Got my 3rd modem. Still bad internet. My bill R3212, had to use phone internet
