Don't get a Neotel Internet "Toggle"!!!

So much for all us hopefulls that thought Neotel would give Telkom a run for their money. The entire day, my internet has been slow, but also most of the day actually non-existent. I have complained about this before, and Neotel gave their normal response: "we will be in touch regarding your issue", but of course, no one was in touch. This is the WORST internet service there is! Do not do not let them tell you it works everywhere where Neotel reception is, becuase IT DOES NOT! My internet is down more than it works and if it works, IT IS SO SLOW!!! I have had to sign onto the internet about 100 times today, because it stays on for only 5 minutes at a time. And if you call the call centre, they will simply say that the service is down in my area, because that is the easiest excuse to give. But how can it be down every day? I am unfortunately going to go back to Telkom - adios Neotel!!!
