I bought a BB bundle for the messaging service on 09 June 2013.On the 14th June, it stopped working. i recharged and bought another bundle for the messaging service on the 15th June, where i got a SMS stating that it expires in the 7th July 2013. However this morning (20 June) i received a SMS stating that i have used up 50% of my fair allowance. how is this possible? i tried calling the call centre thrice before, but i had to 'wait until the next operator becomes avaliable' for 20 minutes! MTN has ripped me off, i want to know why this is happening! with all the money im wasting, it seems i might as well move to Vodacom, or even better Cell C!
