I have been with Nashua Mobile for almost 6years on which I dont remember defaulting, early last year I renewed my contract with them and took up Nokia E7, which started giving me problems towards the end of the year in 2012, i had it taken in to Nashua for repairs about 4 times and in the process I loose my important contacts and good memories, and in the last instance the phone came back without the memory card. The last time the phone was taken in was the 28/05/2013, after which it was repaired and froze after a week andI stipulated that I dont want the same old phone, I need a new one and the matter was referred to Head Office Nashua, since the 28th May to date I am stil awaiting Nashua's call and Email. Im loosing on my valuable contacts. Its inconvenience, and as for my montlhy repayments with Nashua I am so, so uptodate. Its costing me money to take the phone every time I take it in to Clearwater from Krugersdorp, and making call follow-ups. I need a new phone or nothing. If Nashua has a problem with the manufacturer (Nokia), I dont understand why should I be the one suffering.
