Business without lines for 20 days

I went into a Telkom store to apply for lines with a representative. 2 Weeks later I found out my application was never dealt with. I had to go though the usual channels with no priority given for my inconvenience. I had to phone every day to escalate my order. Finally my lines were transferred and the technician left my premises. When I plugged in my phones, 3 out of the 4 lines did not work. 3 more days wasted while waiting for them to repair the faulty lines. Once again I had to call everyday to get the attention of a supervisor that could give my urgent situation some attention. For the final part of my order, I was promised 24 hour turnaround to convert them to ADSL, and ISDN. I am still waiting for the order to be completed 10 days later. I wish I didn't have to be dependant on them.
