I had a problem with my keypad and took my phone in to one of their stores - they booked it in and sent it away for repairs. The start of a most unpleasant, disappointing experience. Not only do they NOT contact me for weeks, but then in the same apology letter ask me to pay for repairs that were meant to be done free of charge. No calls back from Nashua Mobile, no loan phones available, I make 11 calls from one department to the next and nobody can tell me when the phone will be done or that they will still charge me. I am told the phone was sent to Claremont, then find out it hasn't been sent. So frustrating! I have been a Nashua Mobile customer for 15 years, spend an average of R1000 a month. I asked for a senior manager to call me - no response to date. Today - 40 days later they call me to say my phone is ready and i see a charge on my bill for repairs. I WANT OUT!!! Cancel my contract Nashua Mobile! You do not care about your customers. For the first time since 1998, I am looking for a new cellphone Service Provider. I will NEVER use or recommend them again, and will pull all the corporate contracts I am responsible for.
