I am from a company in Woodstock who moved premises. We set up a meeting with Telkom December last year to have a switchboard installed at the new premises and also to move our existing lines. It's been a nightmare ever since. Phoned the call centre, contacted the Sales Manager Faith but she doesn't take our calls anymore. The switchboard is installed, the line transfers have been done but their systems have not updated and now we cannot have ADSL on one of the lines. Everyday we must phone and hear that the orders have not been removed off the system and the issue is escalated. Well I have escalated to this forum and wish to express our disappointment and frustration at Telkom. To wait for back room staff to do their job is appalling. We're running a business and ADSL is an important factor for any business of today. We just need to the orders to be completed on the system so we can have our line converted to ADSL.
