LONG overdue account quiery

[URL Removed] charges billed for -R5200 whilst travelling abroad in Dec 2012, this after following the instructions from the MTN call centre to avoid extra charges while overseas. I queried the charges with MTN accounts manager (Malissa Coetzer) on the 16/1/2013, then with Suresh Natha (22/1/2013) who listened to the recording of my call before going overseas and offered me a 30% discount on the charges. I was not satisfied and escalated it to the ombudsman, Stephanie Naicker, on the 30/1/2013. Query is still outstanding even after escalating it to the CEO's office in desperation on the 22/5 when my account was suspended, together with my other 3 accounts. The acc's are all paid up to date and the only outstanding amount - the amount queried. Stephanie at this point was still waiting to get the voice recording. CEO's office promised in writing that the query will be finalised within a week on the 23/5. I am still waiting, after numerous emails from my side to follow up on progress. 5 Months and no update on progress, just me nagging every mth. The latest from the CEO's office is " I do apologise, however, it is no longer in my hands"... Customer service - I DON'T THINK SO!
