I have been charged late payment charges on my account for the 2 or 3 months. I called customer care on numerous occasions to query the charges and they were not able to resolve the matter. On two occasions the agent gave me the email address of their managers but this was also in vein as my query was never even answered. I also wanted them to look into the airtime charges which seems incorrect and a charge of R740 when I haven't purchased anything during June.
I was never given a reference for any of my calls and my emails were never answered. I am yet to check all my statement as I now realise that there might be a lot more inaccurate charges on my account which ive never noticed because I don't always look at my account.
I hope that I will get a response.
