Query oustanding since June 2012

I lodged a query with MTN on 13/7/2012 (Call centre ref: 895 86940 & Web query reference 5441815 / 5450950 / 945743) with regards to signifcant Black Berry and Black Berry roaming charges on my accounts, whilst I'm not using Black Berry. These charges have been charged to my account sine June 2012, on a long standing MTN contract. Despite numerous calls and follow up emails to MTN, I still await an answer from MTN. Even raising with the Business Account Manager (Me R Welman) served no purpose. Also requested MTN to provide guidance on an escalation proses, to which I received no response.
