Refund outstanding - no feedback

On 24 July 2013 we cancelled our subscription with Mweb, giving one month notice. We were informed by the Client services department that have credit on our account which will be refunded to us as soon as we send them our banking details. This we did on the very same day - sending the cancellation letter and banking details to billing@mweb and cancellation@mweb. Since then, endless phone calls from Dubai and emails later, we have received no refund and hardly any communication from Mweb. Emails were sent on 24/07, 09/08, 10/09, 11/09, 12/09, 23/09, 24/09, 11/10, 13/11 to the Billings Dept, Cancellation Dept, Hoodaa Jappie, Lisel Carter (who forwarded our complaint to Shoaib Kathrada...) - each email was sent after a phone call to Mweb. And still: to date no refund or feedback... It is not a huge amount to be refunded, but is it not true that if our account was to be in arrears, we would have been 'black listed' by Mweb by now? And service to existing customers will simply be ended? We also expect from Mweb to cover the telephone expenses we had as you never bothered contacting us.
