Cell C
No Service and Signal

I signed with Cell C due to their cheap pricing structure. What I found out is that there is never service, it is forever no signal. And when I do have service, all calls either fail or they are very unclear. Many people who try to call me go straight to voicemail despite my phone being on and having signal. The 3G completely. It is most of the time on Edge. Furthermore, I had an emergency where I had to make a call immediately during a and I just could not. At my home signal is an issue, at work, at Melrose Arch, at Sandton City and even at Thrupps, just to name a few central areas. I'm paying big money for my contract and I can not even use it correctly. This is certainly not delivering on goods promised and I believe according to CPA, I should be released from this contract if nothing can be done about it. Furthermore, it is not just me, my wife is also on Cell C using the iPhone 5 and has the same problems as well.
