TELKOM FRAUDS - Money paid to another account

I am absolutely livid, by the appauling service received from Telkom. I have made payment at the Telkom office, in Kenilworth; which should have reflected in their banking account, immediately.

However, Telkom still had my internet line disconnected. I have called them up, to query this and the lady then had my line reconnected. I then had internet for only 24 hours as it had been cut yet again. When I called the contact centre again, they then advised that I owe x amount of money, and could not find my payment whatsoever.

With all the back and forth; contact centre agents even hanging up the calls; faxing and much frustration and inconvenience caused; I have then only been advised that my money was paid to another account. Can you believe that Telkom would still NOT reconnect my line? This is and if this problem continues, I will seek legal action. Where has my money gone? And why has this nto been sorted? I have faxed my proof of payment to a Mrs Smith. I have visited your branch at the Promenade and have made numerous calls.

A very dissatisfied client!
