Telkom withholding money

This problem is taking almost two years to resolve.
A telephone line was taken over to use as an office fax line. Telkom installed the Phones and charged us R300 to move the line. After two days we discovered the line was not working. Since inception date the line has never been used.
There is a credit due on the prepaid account which must be transferred to our existing account. Money was paid into the prepaid account in 2011 but it was never used. We are trying to get Telkom to credit the account and then the balance owing on the account will be paid. We have in the interim also received notification of legal action and would like this matter resolved immediately but despite numerous phone calls and emails no-one takes responsibility.
John Jakoba a CEO representative was assisting us but now he does not reply to our emails.
We want ALL the money paid back to us.
