Our Telkom account has been paid up to date for more than 6 weeks however Telkom refuses to reconnect our ADSL service. The excuses range from not picking up the payment (I sent through bank statements with proof of debit orders being deducted) - unable to find our account - unable to correlate payment with an account and so on...
This is now beyond ridiculous... hundreds of phone calls and no one is able to assist me. What do I need to do to get my account reconnected? As well a refund for the 6 weeks I was disconnected but had paid my account?
PLEASE CAN TELKOM ASSIST ME NOW!
