After posting my report titled "Telkom Mobile Made A Mistake and are making me pay" last week. Telkom Mobile responded/ their robot responded with their generated reply and have not gotten in contact with me about it at all. Utterly Disgusted: NO CONTACT! Since i posted this report and what i presume their 'automated response message/ machine' responded withe the above response, they have not contacted me at all! I am assuming because they want to forcefully charge me the amount come the billing date then contact after they have robbed me of my money. I am disgusted and want to cancel my contract! And I dont want to pay any fees or balance because they have not delivered their promised service, I will just bring back their phone! I also see that I am not the only one with such a complaint, meaning they are doing this to a lot of people and just forcefully taking money with the fear they instill in us by sending a digital 'Legal Notice' to bully us into paying! Because of their negligence!!!

An analogy - If i have cellphone insurance and it gets out my bag, companies refuse to give you a new phone saying ' negligence'. It was Telkom's negligence! I refuse to be bullied!
