Pathetic and condescending service

This is the last time I now ask for assistance. In my last post Vodacom responded and claimed that I requested them to change my contract. I obviously knew that the calls are recorded so I asked to have the recording. They then told me to go to Menlyn Park Vodashop for it, and guess what Vodashop had no idea what I was talking about. So I am driving around when Vodacom is just messing around with me, trying to tire me.

So is this the part that Vodacom expects me to give up and stop pursuing them? No, I wont, consider my contract over with you. This has been a disrepectful chase for a decent service. Vodacom are a bunch of and liars. Here are the names of vodacom consultants who have been dishonest with me throughout my claim: Chevon Naidoo and Lomarie van Dyk. Thank you the pathetic and deceitful service vodacom.
