8ta/Telkom Mobile Ruined my Life! Terrible network

8ta / Telkom Mobile disconnected my main cell phone and 3G number and after settling this with retention and billing on the 24th and sending through all relevant paperwork. Number actually been off for over a month now due to a complete wipe of the number! Manager Thuli not assisting - I have called 40 times and he keeps telling me back office are still working on the issue. 8ta / Telkom Mobile still keep debiting my bank account and still my numbers are cut off! Service is shocking and no one seems to care at all! They refuse to escalate to higher management! They supposedly send e-mails to back office and still nothing happens while they continue to debit my bank account! Been waiting 2 weeks now - STILL NOTHING!!! No urgency despite sending e-mails every day and calling over and over again! No empathy and they refuse to give any compensation for their disaster service and inconvenience! I have currently NO CONTACT with anyone nor any 3G what so ever and I have lost so much business and incurred charges to find alternative means of getting by. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE TAKING OUT A 8ta / Telkom Mobile CONTRACT! I HAVE DOOMED MYSELF! THEIR SERVICE IS BEYOND SHOCKING. Case 6572217
