Account opened in my name

MTN had opened a account in my name Mrs Prabashini Govender, and had been withdrawing money out of my Standard Bank account without my knowledge or my consent. I only came to know about this account after receiving the MTN statements in the post. I reported this to the MTN branch in Springs on the 25/04/2013, who then referred the matter to the Frauds dept. for investigation and up until now nothing has been done about it. I need this MTN account to be closed and my monies of R1265.72 to be refunded to me as soon as possible. The account number is A4568040 and the reference number is: 1020130426172929. What gives companies the right to other people's bank account if no documentation or consent forms are filled and signed. I have no idea how MTN personnel have got hold of my personal details because I was never a Subscriber of MTN and never would be.
