I went and cancelled my contract 1 calender month before the expiry as I was obliged to. To my surprise I get a invoice this month. When I inquire as to why, I am told that my account was in arrears and the termination was not approved.

You know how to contact me when I receive invoices and "love" letters from you but YOU DO NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO INFORM ME THAT MY CONTRACT TERMINATION IS NOT APPROVED!

That's right MTN, bleed the rock dry!!!

I am so glad that I am finally rid of you after 16 years!!!
