Another invoice AFTER termination

I am very disappointed with Telkom. I terminated my data contract in January and paid the full outstanding amount plus the termination fee. The last invoice showed the total outstanding plus termination fee and that is what I paid. Then I got another invoice now with an outstanding amount payable. Upon enquiry and waiting incredibly long while the operator tried to help me, she explained that this is an additional admin termination fee. If they explained this upon the initial termination and included it in my final invoice, fine. But coming AFTER i have settled my bill with ANOTHER invoice (not even indicating what the outstanding amount is for) is absolutely unacceptable.
