Nashua Mobile still to release my contract

On 12 March 2 of my contracts terminate. I emailed a termination letter 30 days in advance as required by NM. 13 March my phone is still working? OK Maybe I still have free minutes to use up.

11 April and I have still been unable to break my contract and NM is still charging me even though I have begged, pleaded that they release my number.

1. NM did not tell that I have to go to Cell C Immediately and ask them to port me in. 2 weeks waisted.
2. Cell C tried in vain to port me out, but NM ported me contract and I want Cell C prepaid. Another week waisted.
3. Finally I am told by Cell C that NM have to change me to prepaid... OK they only do this once a month on the last day. So NM is going to try to bill me for another month.

Under the Conditions of Contract 2.1 It states the contract will cease immediately (on the termination date) upon receiving the termination letter 30 days in advance... so why the am I still being billed and not released?

At the time I sent it as a Word document. I did call and confirm that they were able to read the termination attachment.

NM what can I do to finally end this without being charged from 13 March?
