Debit Order!!!

After expiration of my Cell C contract I terminated that contract a number of times - I've sent VARIOUS faxes on VARIOUS dates on their official "Contract Termination Letter" but years after such termination should have been effected it has still not been done. One of the last Contract termination letters faxed to the numbers Cell C provided me with was dated 2010/12/30. I have proof of the fax. They still deduct R119 per month from my account!!! All enquiries are always referred to the Cell C Legal Department and never with success. I DEMAND THAT THIS CONTRACT NOW BE TERMINATED AND THAT I BE REFUNDED FOR THE MORE THAN TWO YEARS WORTH OF PREMIUMS. My latest enquiry - yesterday at Cell C at the Garden Route Mall in George were a complete mess and I was confronted with two stinking attitudes by the two Cell C employees working there, named Lee and Faith. WHAT DO I DO NEXT TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND TO HAVE THIS CONTRACT TERMINATED AND THE DEBIT ORDER STOPPED??? THE CELL NUMBER IN QUESTION IS 0847678287 but they are not even sure of that. Some days the Legal Department can apparently pick up my ID number and other days not... THIS IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER MESS. PLEASE HELP!!!
