Cell C
Contract termination

On the 9th September 2008 a telephonical contract was struck between myself and Cell C. It was a call that was recorded and the contract duration agreed upon was 24 months. The item agreed upon was a Nokia 1680 handset. Sales order no: 713211- delivery no 1515601. The order was processed by P Tshifenye - internal ref. no: 6108105879089. When the expiry period arrived Cell C continued to debit my account until today. After the 24th October 2010 i was not using that number (084 472 1471) again, but cell c continued to debit my account, I phoned several times and each time they would tell me to upgrade of which i was not interested. I then consulted an ex Cell C employee who advised me that unless i write them a termination letter they are not going to stop the debit. Although this was not part of our telephonic agreement i obliged. I faxed them three letters between 2010 and 2012 but Cell C is still taking money from my account. I need my money back please and i nee help.
