3 Weeks and still no help on R4000 account!!!

It is clear that MTN doesn't care for their clients at all. I refer to my complaint logged 2 June 2013. MTN charged me R4000 on a R150/month account. Now that they have taken the money from my account they just flatout ignores me. I phoned the calldesk to request the signed contract where I give them permission to set my limit at R4000 but no one ever gets back to me. Please can someone advise me if there is a legal way to get my money back as I see this as blatant from a bunch of bullies. All I got from my complaint logged 2 June was a automated mail saying it will be investigated with a ref REQ:2229662. No feedback or anything. This is definitely the last time I will ever do business with MTN.
