Vodacom has a very poor service delivery. On the 25th of Sep. I logged a call with them disputing the data usage on one of my lines. To date no one has phoned me back, I have to follow up all the time regarding the request. My lines has been suspended as the credit balance has reached. The usage of data on one day has reached to R4000, which is very impossible and a blatant lie. When I upgraded the contract no one has said that after the data usage had been depleted, it gets charged on your account as R2 per MB. I will not pay my account, I'm very unhappy and dissatisfied with their service delivery and charges. I will not pay this account until they fix my bill. They can blacklist me or do what they want to as this is ridiculous.
