8 ta is a ripped off was charged R141-00 for data

On 17 May 13 at about 23:00 i went on too 8 ta's web and buy R150 airtime to purchase the 2g&1g.i was told i have insufficient airtime to buy the data. i disconnect and connect again and logged onto the self service login and saw that there is R121 airtime left i then buy another R30 and again try to purchase a 2g &1g and again it told me that insufficient airtime. i disconnect again and connect again then i saw there is a R109 left i could not understand i buy again a R50 airtime and try again to purchase a 2g&1g but again i was told insufficient airtime. i immediately contact the customer service on 188 i was told to perform netsat on my laptop and nothing came up. Siphiwe told me that he will lodged a complain with tecnical dept and they will contact me in 72 hours. nobody contact me i phone back and spoke to a terence who told me there tecnical service say that i used the data. i told him no ways how is it possible, they must tell me on which website i went cause i only went on there website which is free he said he will lodged another complaint until to day nobody phone me. i was sent a email stating that i used R141 data in 8 min.i want my airtime back. bad service!
