VODACOM DOES NOT CARE ABOUT EXISTING CLIENTS

18 June 2013 i discovered that my line had been suspended due to an unpaid account one month in arrears. Being a Vodacom client for nearly 30 years and never having a payment issue (this missed payment was as a result of changing of banks and the debit order in favour of Vodacom being returned). We phoned them to put it right and what a mission it was to get it done. Previous weeks of very frustrating calls to and from the call centre to get them to update banking details for their account. On 7 June 2013 12h41 confirmation received and banking details updated. Same day 18h00 again "subscriber details updated". No furhter communication regarding the account. Surely it costs Vodacom nothing to send an sms of pending suspension. Vodacom look back on my records and see if you ever had a payment issue. NO NEVER. Yet quick to suspend but not quick to fix, look at my previous compliant, still waiting to fix Internet coverage after acknowledging that you have a problem and will put in a booster. Nothing has happened but you happily take my money every month, NO SHAME!!!
