When last did you check how much you actually paying per unit or per minute for your calls, i recently checked my statement from MTN and found that their charges are inconsistant, i phoned them to ask about this and they said that they charge R2.30 per minute, i asked the lady to calculate some of my minutes and charges which did not add up, also noticed that you pay more for seconds than minute, something that does not make sense. she said they'll look into it and come back to me, at which point i said, no you wont, i was right, she didn't. there is also a lot of inconsistancies with my data. and i know its been going on for years. should have never renewed my contract with MTN.
