Charging incorrect account and causing overdraft

End April 2013, I approached vodacom in regards of changing ownership of a contract. It was approved and all relevant documentation was provided. (Including banking Details). I am currently in the VODACOM store and am receiving the rubbish service that has become clearly part of the vodacom customer experience.
This clearly ment nothing to Vodacom as the previous owner of the contract was STILL billed at end of MAY and caused the account to go into ovedraft as the previous owner did not expect the charge on the account.
What is vodacom going to do regarding the extra fees on the account and also, why was the account not transfered even after a confirmation SMS was sent to me.
This is not the first time I am having to address issues with VODACOM on here in order to get results. I cannot wait to change networks to one that actually listens and does care about its clients.
