I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE FROM VODACOM I CALLED THEM ON THE 19 OF FEBRUARY TO CHANGE MY BANKING DETAILS WHERE THEY DEBIT THEIR MONTHLY INSTALMENT I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS TOO LATE BEAUSE MY DEBIT ORDER DATE IS THE 20TH OF EVERY MONTH I WAS TO MAKE A MANUALY PAYMENT OF WHICH I PAID ON THE 21ST OF FEBRUARY I WAS TOLD THAT THE D/O DETAILS WILL BE UPDATE TO GO OFF 20/3/2013 ON THE 20/3 THE D/O DID NOT GO OFF I CALLED VODACOM AGAIN ON THE 20TH TO FIND OUT WHY THE D/O DID NOT GO OFF AND WAS TOLD THAT DEBIT ORDER WAS NOT LOADED IT WILL BE LOADED TO GO OFF ON 25/3/2013, TODAY I RECEIVED NOW AND SMS MY ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS R227.98 R128.00.00 FOR APRIL THE R227.98 INCLUDES A R100.00 CHARGE FOR NON PAYMENT IN FEB BUT MY ACCOUNT WAS PAID IN 21/FEB I AM NOW TOLD THAT BECAUSE VODACOM SYSTEMS SEND THE D/O ALREADY ON AN ACCOUNT THAT I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL I HAVE TO R100.00 HOW FAIR IS THAT IF I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE ACC IN FEB AS I WAS SUPPOSED TO, I WAS TOLD BY THE CONSULTANTS THAT EITHER WAY I AM GONA PAY THAT R100.00 WHEN VODACOM DID NOT TELL ME THAT I WAS GONA BE PENALISED R100 MY ISSUE IS I PAID FEB AS I WAS SUPPOSED TO VODACOM CANT EXPECT ME TO PAY R100.00 PENALTY WHEN THEIR ACC WAS PA
