I collected a 16gb iphone5 on the 08.01.13 from Telkom Direct at N1 & on the 11.01.13 i called them to querying my bill that i received on the 09.11.2013 dated 24.12.12 - 31.12.12. Questions could not be answered regarding the billing & i stated that i would like the contract cancelled due to costs that i was never informed of. Achmat then said i would need to contact the call centre to do this.

I then called the call centre & spoke to Laurane who provided me with the reference number 4005376. She informed me that i should hand the phone in asap as it is still within 7 days. I went to N1 Telkom on the 12.01.13 handed the phone to Clinton, who also did not provide me with any documentation.

72 hours later, on the 16.01.13 i called the call centre & spoke to a lady in the billing department who informed me that i will receive a call the following week as the hours are calculated in working hours & the case was not attended to. On the 23.01.2013 i called & was told by a consultant, that the case had started on the 17th, & when i called this morning, i was informed by Laurane that the case has still not been attended to.

Why has no one attended to this? What is really going on???
