Iphone 5 and SmS issue

In March 2013 I took out a contract with 8TA for the new iphone 5 the package was 400MB, 100 mins and 50 sms. in the first week I noticed that I could not send sms's from the phone. I took the iphone to istore and they advised that the phone was working fine it was the service provider. I went to my store that I purchase it from the Telkom store logged an issue with the phone and within 24 hours Telkom called to advise that the problem lay with there network and the iphone 5 and that they were trying to fix it. after another couple of months logging complaints and issues I cancelled my contact under the CPA act and requested a refund of my monies for the service I was paying for. I spoke to Ash Osman a supervisor in the retention team who advised that I was not entitled to a refund and hung up the phone on me. I have also emailed Belinda Ndoro in accounts that has still to get back to my mail. I think that Telkom should understand the law of the consumers and really sort out their MANAGER'S. I am still hoping that my issue will be resolved.
