Second time around useless!

I am so upset with Telkom Mobile and this is the last straw!!! I logged a complain on this site last week as i was struggling to get my month to month contract. A lady from Telkom called me that day and it was cancelled immediately and my sim card stopped working the same day.
The drama is last night i was debited by Telkom Mobile!! The debit was returned and now i am in such a predicament because i did not have funds in my account and this will affect me in buying a property in a few months! and to top it all off on my contract (which i have) i stated a debit on the 20th for when i get paid.

I am not going to take this matter further and log a complaint with the ombudsman. You disconnected my data sim last week which i was willing to leave because at least it was cancelled and i don't have the headache of dealing with Telkom. This is day light as you charge me for a sim that you disable last week and are still billing me for January and for February! more importantly you ran an illegal debit order and now my account has RD'd. Please keep all correspondences in writing so that i can take this matter further. I am so deeply upset and Telkom better rectify all the problem!
