STILL being overcharged

I signed a contract for: MTN 100, Use Your Own @ R59.

Until June 2012, on my bill I used to get charged R87.72 (excl) for "MTN 100 Subscription Fee"
and then get a R35.97 (excl) "Monthly Service Fee Discount". This is then R59 (incl)

From July 2012, the service fee discount just disappeared. This is clearly NOT the contract I signed. I have phoned numerous times, and the agents state that they will forward to billing. Reference numbers to some of these calls:

November 2012 they did credit me SOME of the overpayment (not even all of it) and from December 2012 they are still not giving me the service discount.

I insist that someone contact me TELEPHONICALLY so that we can discuss my options.
