My account has been overcharged since my contract with cell c commenced. I have called in on numerous occasions and have spoken to numerous consultants that have escalated my queries. But nothing has come of it. Today I received a sms advising that the the billing is correct and could be because of call charges. The call limit on my account is R100. My monthly subscription is R429. I have never exceeded my data usage. But im charged for 'pro data ' it would seem that cell c can charge such low call rates because they spend their resources from their customers. I have two of your most expensive packages, my S3 phone is constantly without network. After a technician came to my home, I was advised to do a sim swap, and I need to foot the bill. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from cell c. And you can be sure that I will never ever open another contract with cell c. I have been struggling with network issues since June 2012 and been struggling with billing issues since July 2013. I have lost, most of my reference numbers the reference numbers for some of my calls are 3080203030, 3080202847, 3090203799, 3101800205
