I was into receiving a 20% Discount

I have been by RnT Attorneys & Edgars into settling my account before 31 December 2012 and I will get a discount of 20% discount on my account. I have received a settlement letter 27 December 2012 from Kamo Macheli, stating that I have to pay 5500 before 31 December 2012 which is inclusive of the 20% discount. I have settled the account 27/12/2012 and advised Kamo Macheli that FNB has settled my account and they have actually overpaid an amount of 400 on the account. Edgars had paid a total of 5900 to edgars. I have asked Edgars and the attorneys to please refund the 400 and Christine Groenevald said that it will take 14 working days to receive my refund. On the 15th owrking day which was yesterday i have emailed Christine and edgars enquiring about my refund. I even phoned edgars but they said on their side the account is not in credit so I must call the attorneys. I then received a mail from Estelle Benson saying NO REFUND due and her explaination was " a discount is a concession given and not a priviledge"!!! This is maddness how can Edgars allow this??? This is defnitely and a huge and I want my money back because i have a letter and proof of payment.
