Still no feedback from April 2012

I am still awaiting feedback from a query raised in April 2012. Every time i get promised that someone will contact me and resolve this. The account has been paid up but Cell C still deducted money from my account, i sent through bankstatements as requested and still nothing has been done! PLEASE CAN SOMEONE DO THEIR JOB? I cant understand that no one is trying to resolve a customers issue??? You debited my account when you shouldnt have and no one is resolving this matter! Im In training this week but please e mail me on [Email Removed] so that we can finally finalize this issue!
