No resolution 4 months late

I still cannot receive international sms's. It has been four months, and three case numbers later (most recent 1942880).
The day I ported to 8ta, my phone stopped receiving sms's from one the biggest UK cell provider O2. I have called the 8ta call centre over a dozen times. While the service always sounds friendly, tickets are opened, patience is asked for and resolutions and telephones are promised.
Still nothing. Not a telephone call, not a resolution.
What is the point of opening a ticket number and closing it when there is no effort made and no resolution? From where I observe, it is plain passing the buck and far too much attention focussed on opening and closing tickets for statistical purposes.
Last time I got this message:
We acknowledge your post and apologize for any inconvenience experienced. We have forwarded your query to the relevant department and you will receive feedback soon. Case number is 1942880.Thank you
There has been no feedback, and no action on this ticket.
Such a great product, but no action to backup the promises and empty talk.
