8 Months and still billed wrong

The problem started with my December 2012 Invoice, where MTN didn't give my normal contract discounts for BIS and CLi. I phoned them and explained the problem and got a reference number. The next month it was refunded but the discount still not implemented. Every month I phone them with the same problem and every month they refund me, BUT they do not fix the discount. I have 9 reference numbers for all the calls I made and they never come back to me about the problem. I am tired of phoning them every month to fix the same problem over and over, and still it is not sorted. Being a client since 1998 and rarely having a problem, this is now a nightmare.
This is what Wenzile Masina of MTN replied to above on 10 June 2013 : "According to our records the discounts were fixed on 2013-05-17 going forward you will receive your discounts. REQ:2257328"
It is still NOT fixed. They gave me another credit note at the end of June and the new invoice of July, there are no discounts or credit note. This is really getting ridiculous. I am getting tired of phoning them every month.
