I have been complaining about not recieving stements for months now i requested it via email and all for my accounts be put on one statement so that i can make one payment per month is that so difficult to understand theyy have been debiting my account on wrong dates and even debiting other peoplees accounts then i get called to say im in arrears how is it possible to have 4 contracts 3 of them have the same bank details and one goes in arrears coz they have the wrong details what is the call centre agents doing if u call you wait hours on the line to get no help at all. im asking now can you please combine this 4 accounts cancel my debits as you debiting the wrong peoples account and give me one statement one refernce for all contracts so that i can pay it as per normal and not get black listed rfor cell c agents not doing there job one month they debit one month they dont and then i end up in arrears this is not professional if it continues i request to cancel all contracts asap then send me amounts that i still need to pay for cancelation and remaining months and i will take it up from there onwards, and please send the statements in PDF form not other formats. ANGRY
