Someone using one of my contract numbers

Fisrtly, i am a cell c customer for let say about 5 years, having 4 contracts (while only using one). about 4 months ago i recieved a bill off almost R3000 on my accounts. when i finally was able to get a detailed invoice i notessed that one of my unused number are nou in use. i immidiatly contacteds cell c and they opened a case for me. 4 days ago phoned me and told me that this was my own problem as they can't pick up a sim swop. i destroyed the sim i had so where does it come from. i now have a 4 month arrears on my account, and after the fisrt month my number where block for out goning data, but guess what? not that number. i had to pay for someone else to phone while i am blocked. when i told the person from to phone that number to see who answers, she told me it is my responsibility. how, after all these years of having that contract number never using it, i now am responsible. i have decided to stop using cell c immidiatly and switch to pre paid. but still i owe you money, so please help in resolving at least to het you paid and keep my name of the black list as phoning the contact centre is useless
