I have a total of 5 accounts by cellc and it seems that they don't seem to understand that the account is actually in credit which is paid up front and not in arrears. The two lines and are continuously being suspend from March 2013 by a Cecilia Cain as according to her the account is in arrears. Does not help to phone call centre as they just apologies and the next week it is back to square one. Please teach the people to read the account that a minus means a credit and not an arrears. The problem also is the time frame to pick up the line is also especially long from 15 minutes to 1 hour. I would like to know why is the service bad and the attitude the credit department have in not being able to read faxes and emails. I would agree if the account is in arrears then you have the right to suspend service but when the account is in credit then why suspend it?
