We have been billed R 800 more than usual this month and NO ONE at MTN can give us a break down statement as to why, they only thing they can tell us is its a transfer of ownership fee... HOW THE is a transfer fee R800??? They cant even prove to us that we signed for this or that they have told us about it!!! Phoning the 808 number is A JOKE!!!...they want to charge us to send a statement to prove why they charged R800 more, AFTER they have been notified that we have not received a statement for this month!!! I know of two other people that have been asked to pay ridiculous amounts for 'so called services or products' and after a huge battle with countless hours over the phone with MTN they were notified that it was a mistake and apologized... HOW MANY PEOPLE PICK THIS UP?? HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE THEY OVERCHARGING AND MONEY FROM??? MTN does not keep track of clients and debit money out of accounts without notice and most of the time without reason!!!
