Firstly I would like to say that I am really disappointed by FNB on how they treat their customers, it is really frustrating to call the bank every month to query about the same thing and nothing is being done about it. I switched to FNB based on their promises to their clients but I am starting to believe that this was a "False Marketing statement". My monthly fee that I am aware of is R100.00 per month as I have a Gold Cheque Account and I took a smart device which according to my knowledge is R345 per month and my monthly fees are ridiculous every month and I do not understand why. I have called FNB the last 2 months to find out why am I being charged extra amounts but there is no clear explanation. According to my knowledge I am allowed 6 free FNB ATM withdrawals after that I am being charged. Every time I receive my bank statement I get a shock of my life on how much I am being charged. What is worse is calling the customers services and being transferred over and over again and the calls I make to FNB are also my costs. I have spoken to numerous people at FNB and I have gotten no Joy in my problem.
