I have been charged a Default admin fee for paying in time. On my statement it says pay before or on the 15th of the month and so I do so. I phoned Blue bean and have bean transferred to 8 people so far. All with the same story but no one wants to take responsibility and keep passing me on to the next person available. They tell me that the payment I made is for the previous month but when I prove to them that it is not, that I have been paying every month as showing on the statement they tell me that's the way there statement works. They close there statements later than the date indicated so what ever is paid before there date goes on the same month. On my statement it says differently. I have posted my complaint on face book as well and all I got is someone will get hold of me but I still haven't received a call.
