After numerous amount of months I still don't get any joy from virgin mobile. I contacted the accounts department on the 24th, 25th of july asking what the amount was for the month as I pay cash due to virgin mobile debiting my account double every month, I spoke to account and they advised me that the account is up to date and there was no payment for that month as they took the amount off from the R1000 that was deposited back into my account because of virgin mobile taking more than they should. I have asked for the recordings of our call from the 24th so they can hear I requested amount and bot agents advised that there is no amount to be paid. The payment will start again in august which I paid as per amount provided. I have to contact virgin mobile every month because I don't receive statements even though I'm paying for it. Now both my mobile phones are blocked because of useless staff. I wan the recordings its been over 48hrs from the time I have requested the call log. I'm going to take the recording to my lawyers to make sure that Virgin Mobile is broadcasted as pathetic. Why do I have so much problems with you guys. I've been unhappy for over 9mths
